Due to knowing how slow my computer was I decided to take the fixed cost option instead of the hourly rate. As I expected my computer was too far gone to be fixed as it, so the team suggested a replacement hard drive explaining I can transfer this to any other computer if I ever wanted to to that. It did cost more than the original quote due to parts required, however now I have a high functioning computer for half of the usual cost of a basis computer. They also through in some extra RAM at no extra cost and the fixed cost remained the same. In addition they managed to download FrontPage onto my computer which is an achievement in itself, as well as downloading Filezilla and making this work with my host sign-in of for my website.

So good having this computer upgraded instead of binning it which was my next option. I now have a high functioning computer that meets my needs at a reasonable cost. So thank you My Computer Support.

My Outlook had become corrupt and I had lost access to my emails or the ability to see all previous emails. My Computer Support was able to reinstall Outlook despite me not having the software security key available and recover all emails and folders. Also got them to install a second email account I had been having trouble linking to Outlook. very fast and very happy with the service!

Recently got back from a holiday to Vietnam where my SD card was corrupt and lost all photos. Was able to get 95% completely recovered! Amazing and quick service!

Used their services, unfortunately some complications cropped up. Technician took my IMac to the workshop and I missed it for some 6 days, Once fixed, it works very well. Both Alex and the visiting technician were very friendly and helpful.
