I had the most shocking experience with this company. On 15 January 2021 I bought a colour laser printer and on 17 September 2021 the printer stopped working. I contacted the seller who absolutely insisted that I deal with Hewlett Packard as they are the manufacturer when Australian Consumer Law states that if there is a major fault with an item you have bought, then you are entitled to ask for a refund or a replacement. Sellers also cannot refuse to help you by sending you to the manufacturer. I sent a complaint letter to the seller along with the response I received from the ACCC and STILL the seller refuses to help me by allowing me to return the printer for a refund. I have progressed with my complaint but in the meantime I have had no choice BUT to deal with the manufacturer. Buyers beware!!! They may have cheap prices, but if anything goes wrong with the product expect no service. The facts from my experience.
1. Bought printer.
2. Used printer and steam was coming out the top (2 weeks from purchase approx).
3. Called up to get fixed and was told that the management was overseas and nothing can be done until the management gets back in two weeks.
