Love Nespresso, their products and their sustainable practices however their customer service team at Robina really lets them down. Every time weve visited to get our pods weve been met with rude and snobbish behavior from the staff there. I don't take it personally as everyone else I know that shops there has had equally unpleasent experiences. I don't expect friendliness but I do expected to be treated respectfully and not with aloofness and rudeness. I like to buy locally but am seriously considering just ordering online from now on to avoid their in store customer service.

Shocking customer service, I've been in there several times and every time the customer service is appalling. No smiles, hellos just feels like all the staff don't want to be there. I now shop online so I don't have to deal with the robina nespresso store.

Im sorry for the people that didnt have a good experience . I went in on Wednesday . On entering the shop I was greeted by a lovely lady sales person . She went away and came back and handed out some chocolates . YUMMY . My sales person could not have done enough for me and was very knowledgeable . Had I of gone online I would not have had the great experience I had .I was very happy that I took the time to go there . I also joined their club ,which has a lot of benefits and is free.I will definitely go back and recommend this store to everybody .

Everytime I shop in nespresso robina these guys are happy to help and always serve me with a smile:) very professional bunch of staff and I'm always happy to return. Great selection and at a reasonable price. Well worth a visit if you want great customer service and yummy coffee...

I have a built in coffee machine at home and don't need a Nespresso but was considering one for work. I was enticed into the shop by the great layout on the walls of their pods and the colours and shapes that have been practically turned into works of art.
Everything seems fairly pricey and no service was offered during my browse of the shop.
