For my first appointment here, I booked online and was received a call later in the week to say I had booked with a doctor who no longer worked there (why was it an option then?). I received a rescheduled appointment and when I went in was advised they only bulk bill on Fridays and had I been informed of this previously- I had not as not what says on website.

I received a referral form (on which my date of birth and suburb /postcode where incorrect showing a poor attention to detail). When I came back for the results at an appointment booked over the phone, there was no doctor. After 25 mins wait, I was told it would be another 30 mins if I would like to wait. It is now 55 mins from then (1 hour 15 past original appointment ) and still not seen.
Very unprofessional, will be getting my test results and not returning.

Receptionist are miserable and doctors are always late. Not because they are busy as i have never seen more than 1 other person there but because they are just so slow. In the few times i have been, have waited 15 minutes or more to be called in after app time. I would totally understand if busy! But last appointment cut the cake when my app was for 9am. Doctor arrived at 9.15. Strolled in like she was taking a walk in the park. Then didnt call me in until 9.30. Didnt apologise once. Proceeded to give results, lets me walk out and calls me back to discuss further. Yeah just me give me the results and i will go see a more professional doctor.

Went in to get advice about baby and was seen by an incompetent doctor who struggled to understand English.

She was unfamiliar with the most common drugs or symptoms. I seriously question her qualifications as she actually googled my questions in front of me!!!

Very disappointing!

We have an appointment this morning at 9am for our little boy (only 8 months old), but have been waiting for the doctor nearly an hour.

Almost at 10am, one of the doctor called but she can hardly speak good English and Google how to use thermometer in front of us. She put thermometer into our baby's ear for nearly 1 minutes till baby cry badly.

We strongly doubt this doctor's qualification and strongly request your firm to double check her license.

Due to this occasion, we won't visit your clinic again and will put this onto social media to notify our friends.

I love this practice. It is a new practice located at Moonee Pond Centre, all their services are fully bulk billed. The good thing about this clinic is that waiting time is less than 15ms. The doctors are experienced, excellent and helpful. The clinic is modern and clean with good staff. l will strongly recommend this practice to my friends and anyone who values their time. This is also a place to go because the practice has the latest equipment.
