Great company making great products. I had an issue with a different companies product, and after buying a Netgear product I realised that it was using the same chip as the other brand. Whilst I had absolutely no luck after about 8 months trying to get into contact with the previous company, I contacted Netgear and within a couple hours they responded via email with a few things I could try, and if I couldn't get a change with my retailer, they would help me out by replacing it.
