staff are very rude, we just need to turn off the switch(not for the whole building) but just for our apartment, they refused to open the switchboard for us, and keep asking the reason why we wanna turn off the main switch for 100 times, and asked 10 time which room I lived in, very rude. I told them if not turn off there would be flood in my apartment, they shouting on me, with very rude attitude.
It is an absolute pleasure dealing with this company, the staff are always helpful and prepared to assist me. I spend a lot of time overseas and find it difficult to keep up with my Owners Corporation affairs. Silvana went out of her way last week by sending me a another copy of the information requested and talking me through it. I appreciate the level of assistance and professional. Once again thanks and keep up the great work.
I would like to recommend the services of Network Pacific Real Estate as they recently helped me with a property management issue involving my serviced apartment tenant. What a disgrace these guys were. They did absolutely nothing - and I mean nothing - for years and their fees were exorbitant. A crisis meeting was called when urgent repairs were required and in response they simply resigned - no explanation, no apology, just a huge bill. Bloody hopeless. We're with a new mob now and they are light years better service and value.
Mate you must live on another planet, I was at that meeting and they left because we did not pay our fees. Would you like to work for nothing and take crap, I don't think so. As far as I am concerned I would have done the same thing. They never charged us for what we did to them. In my books they are ok.
