staff are very rude, we just need to turn off the switch(not for the whole building) but just for our apartment, they refused to open the switchboard for us, and keep asking the reason why we wanna turn off the main switch for 100 times, and asked 10 time which room I lived in, very rude. I told them if not turn off there would be flood in my apartment, they shouting on me, with very rude attitude.

What a disgrace these guys were. They did absolutely nothing - and I mean nothing - for years and their fees were exorbitant. A crisis meeting was called when urgent repairs were required and in response they simply resigned - no explanation, no apology, just a huge bill. Bloody hopeless. We're with a new mob now and they are light years better service and value.
