My experience with this store was unfortunately very bad. I had been a member for quite sometime but never needed help at the front counter until just recently. To my surprise a staff member was quite rude, sassy and had attitude. A mention of the staff's years of service was mentioned and 'good luck with a complaint' when I had mentioned staff was offending me. After feeling unsatisfied and disrespected I felt the need to inform management, as surely they would want to know about such behaviors with their customers, right? But no, management seamed to support the staff and I felt no satisfaction with my complaint. I walked away feeling their staff are not held accountable for their actions. My review is poor service and management lacking, with is unfortunate.
