Neverfail Springwater Co. (QLD) Pty Ltd

My company has been with Neverfail for 2 years and in the last month I have had to ring up 3 times because we ran out of water even though the water was meant to be delivered but they didn't turn up. We were supposed to get a new delivery of water because we had ran out again (3rd time in a row) but they didn't show and each day i called they just apologies and promised it would turn up that day. after the 3rd day we still hadn't got the water and called and cancelled and only then there were willing to be us on urgent delivery. I told them it's not good enough so we have a new supplier and will be saving $500 a year.
