Over the last couple of years, I have used Steve from New Age Tiling to tile our three bathrooms. He worked on the first two well although he wasn't the friendliest of blokes. Last year (September 2015) Steve did our last (third) bathroom. About a week after Steve completed it, I noticed that the tiles near the entrance of the bathroom were grinding and sounded hollow underneath. My husband rang Steve and told him this and he said he would drop around and take up those tiles and replace them. Steve did drop around to have look at what needed to be done and told my husband he would be back within the week to fix the job. Steve never turned up, nor did he return my phone calls.
