If there was an option to provide a score of zero I would. We have had nothing but issues with the car purchaded & the 'extra' warrenty we purchased is not worth the ink it is written with. The after sales service is non existsant. If you buy a car from here be prepaired to be on your own if anything goes wrong. Quick to take your money & make a sale but that's where it ends. Better off buying through a private buyer then this car yard - worst customer service imaginable!

HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!!! Disgusting the way these people treat their customers! They harassed my friend and threatened to not give her money back after she paid the deposit to have a car reserved... The manager/owner yelled at her and put her safety at risk while they were test-driving the car, just because she voiced her concerns over some issues the car was having during the test drive. Issues that she was not made aware of prior to her visit! These people should not be able to conduct business in this manner, it is against the law! Horrible people! DO NOT VISIT UNLESS YOU WANT TO JEOPARDIZE YOUR MONEY AND SAFETY!!!
Just purchased a lovely little Toyota Yaris from New-Bourne motors. Very happy with the deal I got and they even extended my warranty from 3 months to 12 free of charge! Hassle free and they made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. Car runs great and is saving me lots on petrol.
