New Canton BBQ Restaurant

My family and I have been coming here for years. We never get shown an itemized bill whenever we pay at the counter. It's ok, because we trust them and usually just pay what we get told. But to our disappointment today...when we went up to pay our bill, we were told that they had forgotten to charge us for 2 drinks the last time we dined at the restaurant. ($2.50 x 2 = $5) and they made us pay for it on top of today's bill. We're talking about 2 weeks ago.

I never thought that a restaurant could do this, make their own mistake and then charge you extra the next time you come in? Really disgusted with the lack of PR!! Even if they had told me that they forgot to charge me the drinks last time and said not to worry about it, I would have insisted to fix then up for it ...read more
