Could never get through I was actually worried where my child was on the free bus service when it hit 6 20 pm still couldn't get through worried out of my mind! My child was sunburnt, had no incident reports when the child came home with a cut on the face or a cut up knee. I pulled my child out for lack of communication. Management not friendly and can't actually give you information about the centre payments/times of buses where your child is or even if your child is on the bus. Don't ever sign up for the free month trial You end up getting charged and have to go back each week to get your money back then it throws all the payments out of whack so when you leave a month later your still paying for it. The cost is great and cheap, but just remember you get what you pay for. Happily gone to a childcare centre where my child isn't seen as a number or a cash symbol sure paying a little extra well worth it!
