I went here for an eyelash perm, and it wasn't an awful experience but I felt that the beauty therapist that attended to me was very impersonal. Staff didn't really talk to me or make me feel very comfortable. It was my first time doing an eyelash perm and wasn't really sure how it was going to be done, and the beauty therapist didn't explain any of it to me. Also, the perm itself wasn't very good as it was done nowhere near the roots, the fold was almost at the top of my lashes, which made it look a bit weird and of course grew out very quickly. I felt like therapist was perhaps inexperienced. Not sure if I will go here again, but If I did I would make sure to be a lot firmer and ask beauty therapist to perm it as close to the root, or at least not right at the top of my lashes where there is no point in doing it there in the first place. Cost was $42. It wasn't a horrible experience but I was disappointed and felt a bit like I wasted my money.
