Unbelievable bad customer service - My wife purchased an Iphone 6 case from here and noticed after a few weeks that any photos she was taking had a ring around one of the corners because when the case was glued to the cover, it was at a slight angle so it was effecting all of her photos and had to remove the the phone from the case in order to take a photo without the ring around the corner. An obvious manufacturing fault we thought so today (3 weeks after purchase, we take it back to the store with the receipt) to exchange it. They refused to replace it citing that the cover was worn slightly and that the only thing they could do was offer us another phone cover at a discounted price! What cost us $25 probably cost them $5 and for the sake of $5, they were obstinate in their refusal to replace a faulty item that we could prove was faulty, had the receipt for and had come back to them with both within their 30 day return policy that was on their counter which we even ...read more
