I had an unfortunate flood in my apartment. Within 30min of calling my insurer the team at New Life Restorations were on the way arriving within an hour. The service delivered and care taken was higher than my expectations. The apartment took several days to dry out with the equipment inside and I was kept informed on a regular basis of their arrival each day for checking and adjusting (Whilst is stayed in a hotel). The entire flooding ordeal was not the best to experience but Warren and his team made it far easier and comfortable seeing the job through til the end and allowing time for me to inspect the restoration over a few days.
