Excellent service and suits. The service we received was professional, and the suits were top quality - very well fitted. I would recommend contacting by phone or going to the store, as the email exchanges could get a bit confusing.

Took some suit pants in to be altered, stood around waiting for 15 minutes while the service person served another customer which I didn't mind about so much as they were friendly and apologised! Eventually got served and had my pants pinned up and left expecting everything would be good... picked up the pants a week later and the problems began... when I took them in they were on a special suit pants hanger that came with the suit pants from England, the hanger WAS NOT returned to me, in fact when I picked them up they were just in a bag, a plain white bag, no hanger, fold up and crumpled! When I took them in they where flat, brand new and perfect now they are completely wrinkled and I need to have them pressed before I can wear them, basically adding an extra $15 to the alteration price, and the hanger too I priced as being an $11 item.
