New Power Motors

I went there for Vic RWC and car failed. Was then told my rego would be cancelled in seven days if the work was not done. I later phoned Vic roads to be told advice mechanic gave was nonsense. When I drove away I noticed my fuel tank was on empty. I had filled the tank only hours before taking car to this business. When I spoke to New Power they claimed they calculated that I was missing $3 worth of fuel. And we're ABSOLUTELY no help.

I gave them a list of things I wanted done to my car - three things. The car was in the shop for an entire week, and only one of the three things was done to my car - their excuse being "they wanted to keep my costs down". Clearly I asked for these three things to be done, one of which was to replace the brake pads, and it wasn't done, I was not consulted but simply told it hadn't been done when I went to pick up the car. I was charged twice for "fitting of coolant" ($30 twice), which is simply pouring coolant into the filter - $60 is far too much considering I can buy a 5 litre container for $25!!!

the staff were friendly, but the quality of service was absolutely appalling, and it is clear I would never take my business there again after paying $1300 for a simple part replacement. To add insult to injury, my battery was taken out the wrong way, and I now need to pay MORE money to get a code which I need when the battery is removed in such a way.
