NewAge Air Conditioning & Heating

We had a Mitsubishi ducted system installed last October. Newage arranged for another company to come and install the system without advising us of this.
After the installation, we could not achieve comfortable cooling with the temperature becoming too cold and not staying on the temperature set. I called Newage who came out and put an offset in the temp control which did not help. A further sevice call with more fiddling still did not fix the issue. I called Newage again for a further service call only to receive a later call advised by a very rude receptionist "there is nothing wrong with your airconditioner" and cancelled the visit- I asked to talk to the manager who was "not available" on the day and never got back to me. Out of frustration, I called Mitsubishi in Sydney who arranged a sevice call with another company who kindly came out and made some more adjustments. Very disappointed. Turned up 3 hours late to the job without so much as a phone call .
Then a few days later the air conditioner shorted out and stopped working, so had to get them back in to fix it. Considering its cost me $8,350 I expected better service.

The office staff where very helpful and Jason was pretty practical by offering us a second hand unit given that our office complex will be demolished in 2 to 3 year, however...
