Newcastle Permanent

Located outside Westfield - facing the carpark is Newcastle Permanent. Once you step inside it's a very warm and inviting atmosphere, with some comfy chairs to sit in. On this visit there was no que at all, so it was straight to the teller. The staff are very friendly and polite, as there were no other customers waiting she was happy to have a quick chat with us, which was nice. Our questions were answered completely to our satisfaction, their *shop* was lovely light and bright, very spacious, well set out it was easy to find what you are looking for, there was a *greater* ready to help, but we didn't need assistance. Overall very happy with the service provided :-)
