I am one of those people that the thought of going to a dentist makes me feel sick so I can't believe it myself that I am writing a review on how brilliant this practice is. From my first initial phone call with Suzanna taking the time to explain everything to me - she didn't judge, didn't make me feel stupid of being so scared and made me feel very comfortable when I turned up to my appointment. I've never walked out of a dentist smiling until today. Have to hand it to Dr Kylie - I think she may have changed my view on dentists after just one visit - I've been raving about her all day to my friends. She took the time to explain everything and like Suzanna, didn't make me feel like an idiot for being so petrified. Will I be going back??? Absolutely. Finally a caring practice that live by their mission statement. Thankyou.
I don't often say that, but it was a pleasure to visit Dr. Woo in Newington. She is an absolute professional, very nice, and did a brilliant job. I wish I knew her earlier. She took the time to explain everything, took X-ray, photos to get the best diagnosis possible, (and didn't want to do/sell unnecessary treatments like other dentists who often take advantage and get you pay for stuff you don't even need doing and make you feel guilty if you choose not doing). Dr Woo is the best dentist I have ever met and recommended to my colleague who visited her since and has the same opinion.
My husband and I have been treated by both Dr Woo and Dr Hengpoonthana on separate visits, they both took the time to explain the treatments they were going to perform and also to make sure the job was done properly. The surgery is very modern, the chairs are comfortable (there is even a TV mounted on the ceiling to keep patients entertained during treatment). We will definitely be returning, and would not hesitate in recommending NDC to friends and family. The adjoining medical practice is also very convenient.
I had an old stained filling that I've tried to fix in the past with not much success, so I decided to see Dr. Kylie Woo at NDC. She did such a great job! Not only was I very pleased with the result but Dr. Woo was also very professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.
