Newlands Pizza

The management doesn't know how to speak to their customers. Once I called them and asked about their specialty and the person on the phone told me rudely to check on the Internet and then call. He hang up before I could explain him I had no internet. Finally, I went to the counter after a long walk. Pizza was burnt and tasted bad. I am never gonna go there.

If you are looking to get yelled at and being taught how to order, let me make sure Newlands pizza is definitely your place.
Wait is always forever, and after the wait is over your pizza comes and it wrecks your whole night by its first glance.
Rubbery,burnt,blant,hard,tasteless,chewy and not fresh pizza at all.
Only reason people go there is the fact that they are halal, and no one can actually be bothered cooking that day. Other than that, I would spend my money on 85c bread and 90c can of tuna and fill my stomach up.
Terrible customer service, the management do not know how to speak to the customers. Definitely never going there again and also telling my friend circle to never go there again.

So I figure there's 2 ways you can head with pizza, cheap, cheerful & just OK OR fancy, gourmet & expensive. With that in mind, Newlands in kinda hard to classify! They are definitely cheap. Years ago in Coburg you had your choice of cheap pizzas, but over the last 2-3 years many have upped their prices (can I say knee jerk reaction to the GFC?). Newlands is cheap. Newlands is tasty. Newlands has your traditional options, Newlands has a few gourmet/original options. "New"lands is the "New" choice for me!
