Dave did a splendid job of renovating our home. His suggestions were always well thought out and positive. He is always considerate of cost whilst maintaining quality. His workmanship is excellent. A++++++

..... I forgot to mention that Dave also converted part of our shed into an excellent three bedroom flat, it was so good we didn't want to move out!! Thanks Newman's Building for a great job : )

Dave Newman helped us build our house at Dooralong, in fact more than helped, Dave was one of the principal builders on the project.
The work completed was excellent, everyone that came there including council inspectors commented on the quality of the work.
I would definitely recommend him for any job, the work was extremely good quality and it was easy doing business with him.

We have a great big shed on the property. There was a very run down flat in it and we wanted to do it up for a few reasons. Dave's advice on several matters was priceless and saved me making many mistakes. One thing especially I really like about Dave. He doesn't exclude the idea of the owner working with him, I've done this twice now with him and learnt a lot from him. He's fastidious. On a 64 m2 slab, the frames he built showed a 3mm error, corner to corner, when he put the dumpy on it. I thought that was pretty fine. Not Dave. He fixed it! When it came to finish, fit out etc, the difference in the detail was brilliant. His philosophy is very simple. Do it right from the get go and the rest just gets easier. Nothing seems to be a problem for this bloke. He just finds ways to make it work. He communicates, he's reliable and knows his stuff.

Newman's Building built a pergola for us - it is fantastic - Dave was very thorough in his work and quoting and completed on time!! So then we asked him to assist with a granny flat we were setting up - he did the gyprocking, tiling in the bathroom and installed the kitchen cupboards - again we are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone!
