Newport Patisserie

Alex and Yen yen have a wonderful Patisserie..... where do you find "baked on the premises" cakes,
etc, on the Peninsula.... even the croissants are wonderful, and Alex always willing to make a
gateau or tarte for a special occasion. Makes Newport a special place.

This little business is a hidden gem. Locals know though. Their cakes and pastries are lovely, my brother always stops in to pick up a pear tart when he comes to visit, and boy we wish he'd visit more often. Recently we have added Newport Patisserie to our Sunday morning coffee rotation, and found Alex's coffee is excellent. Trouble is it goes so well with an almond croissant.
