Had my car booked in for 60000 km service which took a week and a half to get in. Had to drop off the night before due to work. Asked about loan car and was told it would cost $30 per day for hire car which I declined.Got phone car at 4pm on day of service and was told my car had been overlooked. When I questioned it she said I was unfortunate but they could do it the next day. I asked if I would be getting a discount and was assured I would. When I picked up my car the next afternoon they discounted my bill by les than $50 off a $480 bill. When I questioned what happened the girl told me someone had placed my paper work on the wrong pile, I know it was her as she was the person I delalt with the first day. Going out to my car I could not believe that they could not even wash my car as an apology and courtesy. Will not be going back for my services there and next year when I am ready to upgrade my car will be looking at another dealership.
This place isn't worthy of even one star.
Bought a Toyota Hiace, advertised for being fully serviced and safety checked.
Got van, leaking fluid. After numerous unreturned calls to Newspot, they finally agreed to take a look at it, after admitting it hadn't been serviced by them, as it was apparently serviced just before it was brought into their ownership and was 'all good'. We were also informed that we didn't 'have a leg to stand on'.
Now looking at close to $1000 of repairs, for replacement of all four axle arms, power steering belt, and we STILL have to jumpstart it every time we want to drive it to the mechanics to get fixed what should have been found in that 'service' they advertised.
Would have posted this on their Facebook page to warn their potential customers to steer clear... but they've hidden their reviews from their page, what a surprise.
Went not look at a couple of cars at the dealership. The salesperson at kia was friendly and helpful enough, however when I called them during the week to arrange the a test drive they assured me they had the model I was interested in for me to drive. Upon my arrival the top spec model was waiting for me to drive. The salesperson told me the cars were the same apart from the wheels. Once back from the drive I had a look at the model we wanted and imagine my surprise when comparing the models that the list of differences were numerous: different seats, no centre console, no soft texture dash, different displays, missing chrome trim around the car. It didn't matter because we didn't like the car anyway. Make sure if you go there you drive the car you're looking at buying and compare specs ...read more
I've had nothing but issues here. when I bought my new KIA I was promised a full tank of fuel if I paid cash on the day (the car was out the back but I couldn't take it home that day as it wasn't ready yet), when I picked up the car there was less than 1/4 tank of fuel so I needed to talk to the management, for that issue I didn't get my fuel but was told when I brought in my car for a service I would get my mats, when I took the car in for the service I told them about the mats the day I had rung the management etc, no one knew anything about the mats so I had to wait for the management to come back from lunch. ...read more
