Horrible customer service. I am disabled. My carer purchased the wrong item for me and when I sent someone back to get a refund they refused. Only offering me a trade for the same item of different type. But they didn't have what I was originally after so I couldn't trade anyway. Lost a lot of money here. Very unkind.
