We are here from Venezia,Italia on holiday,staying with relations in Newtown.
On Sunday 22-5-2011,we ate pizzas here,every thing was excellent,we met Silvio who spoke to us in Italian,a very nice man,a true maestro in Italian pizza making,the pizzas were perfect,the service was excellent,This is our number one pizza place so far,

Best Pizzas in Geelong,
Have been a customer of Newtown Pizza for the past 20 years,
The pizzas are always very nice fresh & low fat which suits me fine as i have cholesterol,
I often see Silvio roasting his gourmet vegetables in the pizza oven,
I believe Silvio's style of cooking is true Italian which makes his buisiness special,

The pizza here is terrible, we ordered the 'gourmet' smoked salmon one (cos all the other ingredients looked like they were straight out of a proccessing plant) and they cooked the salmon and avocado inot it! The salmon went all dry and smelly... A haphazard combination of herbs (no doubt labeled 'Italian') were thrown all over it masking any flavour the ingredients could've offered. YUCK! Any italian would've been insulted!
I have herd this pizza restaurant makes the best pizzas in Geelong & have been highly recommended by many,
I must say all the people are right we had pizzas there last night,
The pizzas were very nice,I recommend the Torino gourmet pizza with prociutto,avocardo & super fresh king prawns!
