Next Generation Health & Racquet Club

I've been a member since it opened , other than a short break several years ago.
The facilities are great at this club and I have noticed lately that the whole place is so much more friendly and helpful.
The membership manager Sue makes a point of getting to know people and assists wherever she can.
Keep up the good work, it has not gone unnoticed by members.

To understand why I'm so frustrated at Ryde Next Generation membership management, I have to explain a bit about the background of what happened.
As an Early Christmas gift to my mother, I gave her the money to pay for a one year membership to next generation because she doesn't like venturing out of the house much and she finally found a place she liked, however after making the payment they continued to charge us for another 2 fortnightly payment of $55.60. So after they made my mother call several times and asked staff to come in, this staff didn't even bother to show up. My mother was so frustrated that she asked me to contact staff on her behalf. I cancelled my membership after the initial 12 month contract because of how bad the service is and they are still charging me three months later and there is nothing I can do about it because it is in their fine print. Read all of their reviews before joining. There are so many great gyms around, you can get much better for much much cheaper!
