Next Generation Patios & Pergolas

I can't speak highly enough of Matthew and the team at Next Generation. I had my patio done with them a couple of months ago and from the design, to council approval to the installation everything ran as smoothly as possible. Any questions I had throughout the process were answered without ever making me feel like I was being a pest. After reading the review from greengen I was shocked as my experience was the complete opposite and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Also I should mention that the product I used for my roofing material was new to the market and many of the other companies I contacted weren't even aware of the product let alone stocked it!! Two thumbs up!!

We just had our patio completed by Next Generation Patios and we are very pleased with the result and process. The quality of the new patio and as it connects to our existing house is very aesthetic.

The duration from contract signing to the finish date of the patio was just under 3 months. The planning and building approval process went smoothly as we worked together with Next Generation Patios to have all council requirements fulfilled.

I can't rate their craftsmanship because after going to the office in person and speaking to the management to get a quote & handing over my plans and specifications, no-one called back, ever. Even after I sent an email 3 days later no-one replied. I phoned 2 weeks later and was told "it must have have slipped their mind". Business must be booming if you can't even find the time to call back a potential customer eh?

I cant rate their craftsmanship but their customer service is terrible.
