POOR customer service. Got a perm done, the curl fells out as soon as i got home, it was too late to go back as the staff who serviced my hair already went home. came back the next morning, asked for a refund because EVIDENTLY it was no where near a perm, they ruined my hair all in all. didnt even give me half a refund. They dont consult you enough as to what you want, just sit, service, pay and out you go.
