NIB Eye Care Centre

Booked an appointment for my family as I was led to believe I could save money over visiting a regular optometrist. I am an NIB customer with top cover, have been for over 20 years. Was impressed by their website offering large variety of frames and $$ savings. Found that I paid about the same ( maybe more ) than visiting a regular optometrist. Had a small selection of frames that I was eligible to choose from with my "top cover", the rest I had to pay extra for. Also the additional lense costs involved made my visit an expensive one. I found the value for money to be poor, considering I am a customer. Won't be going back, too many hidden costs.

They Must have about 20 dentists in this centre! You feel as though they rush through your appointment but they get the job done.
