I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I tried to enquire about the availability of an IMG chair for immediate/q6uick delivery, and the cost. The man on the phone (had an accent) was incredibly rude and unhelpful and just kept saying 'you have to come to the store to sit in the chair'. Im pregnant and need a supportive chair asap due to medical issues - he didnt seem to understand that if they dont have the chair in stock now, there is no point in me driving 45 minutes to sit in it (its not rocket science, but obviously was too difficult a concept for him to fathom). And in any case, Ive already sat in the chair as my parents have the one im looking at!(but bought from castle hill store)!So much for customer assistance! My husband called today thinking he might get a different response but he had the exact same experience- rude, unhelpful and arrofant. I would give zero stars if it was an option.i am currently pregnant and require a supportive chair asap for medical reasons. Phoned Nice Interiors yesterday and the man on the phone was incredibly rude, sarcastice and unhelpful. I wanted to know whether they had a particular chair available for quick or immediate delivery, but the sales man just kept saying 'you have to come to the store to sit in the chairs'. Actually, I've already sat in the chairs and know what I wanted but he refused to help.
My husband phoned again today, hoping for a different result but he got the same rude, arrogant and unhelpful response. Clearly they have a policy of not providing assistance to anyone until they have physically set foot in the store. Good luck surviving with that business model in the 21st century. Meanwhile. We have taken the several thousand we were prepared to spend elsewhere.
Very poor service from Nice Interiors. We ordered two recliner chairs on 27th December 2014 and were quoted about 2 weeks delivery. Six weeks later, 14th February, 2015, we have not received our order and when we phone, we are brushed off with the person/s taking the call saying that are unable to help. They have promised to call back (hasn't happened).
We have had a terrible experience with Nice Interiors at Belrose. The person is exceptionally rude pushy and unhelpful. I have never experienced such disgraceful customer service in my life. I am appalled. Hopefully it works out for you and you get your chairs (and the correct ones) the one that we ordered turned out to be incorrect and the person refused to do anything about it the person was very aggressive and intimidating to deal with. Very disappointing. Good Luck I hope you have a better out come.
