Could not recommend more, the pharmacist and assistance genuinely care about your health and are passionate about what they do. They always put the needs of patients first and will do absolutely whatever means necessary for the patient to receive the proper treatment s/he needs! Great local pharmacy, open longer hours to help with emergencies. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very active in the local community - it's good to know they care about the suburb and the residents.
Avoid if you can
I went only because it's on the way home and baby girl was sick and need the same antibiotics again within the same month.
Went there with the prescription wasn't even asked the option of having their supposing cheaper generic brand, got home realised that they gave me the generic brand anyway therefore swapping my brand without even asking for my permission, and still charged me more than $17 dollars for it! The same thing where chemist warehouse in Chatswood sold me for $6.10!!! And worst still chemist warehouse sold me the original brand!
My apologies for this experience. While we will never have the scale to be a major discounter we are committed to having a pharmacist available to interact with each prescription customer to ensure that they get the best from their medicine, with utmost safety and great value. We clearly failed on this occassion but will use your review to improve our compliance.
