Everyone has a different goal - achieve yoursAs a long term personal training and qualified sports scientist I am able to assist you in achieving YOUR GOALS. Not what your friends, a magazine, or I think you should be training for but what YOU are training for. For every single person this is different - some train to maintain a lifestyle (have dessert and work harder tomorrow), some want strength (strong is the new skinny!) some want to lose weight, and some want to put on weight. I have clients that just want to run their first 10km fun run and others that are training for a marathon. My commitment will equal your commitment and results will show really quickly. I offer small groups sessions for up to 3 people allowing an affordable and motivating way of financially 'squeezing' an extra session in a week as well as a casual group session on a Sat morning for all to join. As an ex chef I am always happy to offer nutritional advice and recipes to assist you with your goals. My 'other' work with elite athletes at the Victorian Institute of Sport allows me to research up to date techniques and studies regarding training for not just elite athletes, but for you as well!
