BEWARE - EGO WITHOUT A CONSCIENCE - I was HEAVILY pregnant at the final inspection, the apartment had been professionally cleaned that day - GOOSH ordered me around for 2 hours to do RIDICULOUS things like climb a ladder to wipe the very top of an exposed pipe high up in the bathroom ceiling, wipe water off a shower screen "because the condition report didn't say there was water on the shower screen", crawl around on my hands and knees to get specks the size of pin heads off the skirts. I was happy to be bound to the condition report, but this was NEXT LEVEL. Then, at one point he opened cupboards above my head while I was leaning far in to a water heater cupboard and I split my head open, it was bleeding, no apology, he couldn't have cared less.
