Last week, I begged the mental health nurse, Sally Goodchild, to see me as I was close to a nervous breakdown. Sally instantly slotted me into her lunch break without complaint.

Really unorganised. Never running on schedule. If you make your appointment at 1:30pm and came at 2:30pm then you'd most likely still have to wait
