I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Tai and the girls for always making my nails look and feel beautiful. I leave Nifty Nails feeling satisfied and pleased with my nails since they do such a good job and give the best service. I'm obsessed with SNS currently, and from some of the reviews I've read abt SNS, I thought it was going to ruin my natural nails. But Tai did such a great job on it that it actually let my natural nails breathe and made them stronger. And thanks to Nifty Nails, I actually got rid of my bad habit of biting my nails and was finally able to grow them out (they are really long now and that was kinda personal haha)
But to summarize all this, I would like to say that Nifty Nails is my go-to nail salon and will continue to be for a very long time (incase we moved house), and I would like thank you guys again for doing such a great job and making me a very happy customer!
This is my regular nail joint as I'd been going to the place I work, super cheap for the quality and lovely service. Never had a bad experience or manicure/pedicure. The girls are lovely and always up for always so welcoming. I often see the girls around town and they always recognise me even after my very first appointment. Over all great place, great service, great people.
We were wanting a little pampering and after trying a few beauty places in town and been told they didn't have enough staff on to treat all four of us 'at the same time' because it's a quiet time of the year we decided to keep looking, finally we stumbled on nifty nails and asked if they where able to do four pedicure 'all at the same time' we specified that we wanted all the treatments at the SAME time and the girl told us that they could do that no problem and booked us in for 10am the next day, being Saturday 25th June for four deluxe pedicure.

You really need to be more specific with your issue. Why not just state that you wanted more time instead of go on and on about everything and nothing. ....poor form
My point was the whole experience was bad, starting from the moment we sat down as we were promise four therapist working on all four of us at once, to the service itself or lack of, to the ridiculous justification on why we were rushed through, why some of us got more time and attention then the others! (Either way 15mins can in no way be classified as deluxe And if that's the way they do things then maybe they need to let people know before hand)
