Nilgiri has now moved to Cremorne

I simply LOVE this place. Right near St. Leonards station, it's set over two levels, many years ago it was in Crows Nest plaza, but this is better and the carpet upstairs means you can hear yourself speak to your friends rather than shouting. Amazing flavours due to careful use of spices. Simply delicious.

This is an EXCELLENT Indian resteraunt. And I don't typically enjoy Indian cuisine! I visited for lunch and had the buffet ($30 for all you can eat and a beer). It was so so delicious. The buffet includes freshly cooked nann, pappadams, curries, chutneys, pancakes and more. My favourites were the egg plant curry and white-coconut chutney. The food was fresh, light and authentic. The service was also impeccable. Very respectful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Not your usual Indian fare. don't come here expecting your standard suburban butter chicken. Beautiful food. Had a great time

This is a great restaurant to dine at because there is always going to be something on the menu to suit anyone's tastes, from a meat lover to a vegetarian. The menu is changing regularly, and whatever is on offer is always tasty and good value for money.
