Although most famed for its footwear, Nine West also designs handbags, jewelery, hats, leg wear and outerwear.
It first opened its doors in Australia in the 1990s and there are now many stores dotted across the country.

Hi ..I placed an order online but still didn\'t receive any confirmation email ...I called n even left msges but no one answered me back ..nine west I expect better service for online customers ...still wait g fr my delivery
I've had a similar experience. I DID receive the confirmation email for my order on 23/12/11, but nothing since. Have left 2 phone messages and sent 2 emails to no avail. Really just want to know whether my order is progressing or whether I should try to source the shoes in-store. Very poor customer service.
I placed and order online and sent at least 3 emails, 2 phone calls asking when order would be sent, no response. Shocking Customer Service at Nine West. Today my order arrived but the wrong item was sent. So now I have to go through the whole process again trying to get hold of someone there to discuss this wrong. What sort of staff do they have working there that they can't even reply. Not good Nine West, not good at all. I won't be recommending your store at all which is a shame as was one of my favourites. Not happy at all with the service, or should I say lack of service.
