Nino Automotive Engineering

I recently had my car (7 year old BMW) serviced at Nino's mainly to get the break fluid checked as there was a warning service light. They were rude, disorganised and lost my car keys. After waiting for 40 min while they looked for the keys, I got tired of waiting so I left. Just as I got home they rang to say they had found my keys. Went back and collected my car and went home only to find the service light was still on. I rang to see if they had done the service, they said they had but did not have the equipment to reset the service light system systems even though I specifically asked they if they could when I booked it in and also when I dropped the car off. So If they had told me they did not have the equipment to reset the system I would not have booked in my car. Very poor behaviour and service and I could not recommend them in any way.
