Appalling service. I arrived on time for an appointment, but had to wait for 10 min while being studiously ignored, even though the salon was not busy and there where three people working. During my facial my beautician poured pumpkin mask in my eye then left it there and walked away. Never go here.

First time that i have ever done this and was blown away how good it felt. I was relaxed and spoilt for around an hour. The lady that did the power cleanse facial On me was amazing. I met her when my wife had her appointment a few days ago and at the time after speaking with Kym about the process i was keen to have a go. Im tbe typical guy that thought this treatment was all for women but after today i change my mind and am looking forward to doing it again. Kym was amazing great to see there are still great people providing great customer service and are so proffesional with what they do. I think you should find a way to get the message out to guys like me that this type of stuff is great for the face, not to be pretty but to be refreshed. I read the reviews on here and was wondering if I had been to the same place. I have been to Nirvana Beauty at Hornsby for 6 visits over the past 5 months, I found the staff extremely helpful and professional. The treatments I received were great and I would recommend Nirvana Beauty Hornsby to anyone! I still have more treatments to go so I too will be returning.
I was recommended to go here by a friend but wanted to shop around first. The girls there were by far the nicest to talk to and were really informative about the laser procedures. I booked the 50%off laser treatments promotion, (you can get all 6 sessions for half price) which was the best deal out of the Westfield services, my friend said were the best and my first session went great.
