I bought a Nissan Micra last year for my son,the service was excellent. All the staff members from the sales person to the finance manger were very good, they treat you like you are their only customer.
This year I bought a Navara it was good to be a returning customer because there are lots of benefits.Nissan is a good Car dealership that takes care of their customers.
It was very nice to deal with Nissan Moorooka. I bought my Nissan Micra before 3 months. All staff members including the salesman, Finance team, after sell service manager and the owner are very helpful. I got all the necessary information before and after the sell. Very very satisfied with this dealership. I will always recommend this place to anyone interested in buying Nissan car. Great service.
Purchase what was supposed to be a new car from this dealership. Car delivered had stains on the roof, scratch marks around the gear selected and the leather had white marks all over it. Car delivered with 65km on the odometer. In my mind, thats a demo, not a new car. I now take my car to have any warrenty work done to a dealer in the city, as I refuse to deal with the rude and unhelpful staff in the service department. Their capped price servicing is a joke. A local mechanic charges me $150 for a minor service, while this dealer, for the same service, wants in excess of $300 for the same thing
As a person working in Customer Service, I understand that some customers can be extremely difficult, so I pride myself on treating people who service me with absolute respect. I purchased my new car from Moorooka Nissan, so naturally, I returned when it was due for servicing. Upon entering this establishment, I was absolutely appalled by the lack of service I received from the Service Department's Advisers. The Adviser was extremely rude and did not listen to the concerns I had with the car, meaning I had to take more of my time to rebook my car, drop it off again for them to fix it, of which they still haven't fixed.
