Very disappointed. Spent $800 on Botox to relax my jaw muscles. I suspect the Botox was over diluted or not legitimate as I had zero results. Usually with this large amount (80 units) I can feel a huge weakening of the jaw muscles. This session did nothing and I am still clenching my teeth and my massatuer muscles are very prominent. I feel ripped off and will not be returning. Plus I find reception staff to sometimes be quite rude and unfriendly here. Not a great experience.
Some receptionists are not friendly and are actually quite rude. Came in to get jaw Botox to stop clenching and when getting photos done, receptionist started asking what work id had done and if I'd had my lips done (I haven't had anything else done). Then said 'well you look good... for your age'. Had my jaw Botox that cost $900 and it hasn't worked at all, my muscles have not even weakened which leaves me thinking that the Botox had been over diluted and I didn't get the 80 units I paid for. Mind you, I have had jaw Botox before and I know exactly what to expect in terms of how it feels and the aesthetic results. Will not be returning after being inappropriately spoken to by rude staff, nonexistent results and a hefty cost.
My experience is always a positive outcome. The moment you are greeted at reception by welcoming staff to your consultation with Dr Shobhna Singh who is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and a skilled practitioner. The standard of service is what one would expect..
