Nixon Street Medical Centre

The doctors here are absolutely amazing. Have been so good towards myself and my family. Reception staff are always so friendly and very helpful. They are willing to help and do what ever they can to make you feel welcome and also care about the patients that attend the clinic. Keep up the great work guys.

My gp used to be there until she moved to sydney, i had her during my whole pregnancy and she was amazing. The staff there were nice to be but some of them were cranky sometimes.

I had the best attention with the doctors, I never had any problems with the receptionists except for one who was always in a bad mood and very rude, and she has been gone for a few months now, the ones that are there now are always lovely, helpful and very polite and always attend everybody with wonderful smiles. The waiting times are usually around 15 minutes to 40 minutes, which is not too bad considering other places that I have been to in Shepparton and Melbourne.

Doctors are all nice, no problem with them.

Receptionist are the rudest people, even on the phone they sound unprofessional and sound like they hate their lives

I had an appointment after an hour or more I enquired and reception was to busy talking about what they did during the weekend and when I conplained I was told that if I didn't sit down I would be asked to leave as I was going to sit down one staff said to me settle down or I will drag you outside I couldn't believe it. I am appalled at staff and recommend that all staff take courses in people management skills and most importantly be honest and own up to there shortfalls instead of talking and gossiping about what they got up to on the weekend frowning and beeing outwright rude at patients that come to clinic with various issues does not certainly HELP.The worst reception ever.However all the DOCTORS HAVE BEEN EXCEPTIONALY PROFECSIONAL AND ALWAYS HELPFUL.
