At my initial call, the tradesman was very helpful making sense of the type of lock that I was after. He turned up promptly, and did the job quickly and well. Then he cut a few extra spare keys in his truck that's also a well set up workshop. He clearly knew his craft inside out and was courteous and friendly. I just read on the website that they do auto keys as well so I'll definitely be calling them again.
Had a great experience with Nathan. I had to get a new key for my car because it broke and it was the only key I had! Nathan fixed it for me straightaway and did a really good job. I had the same key repaired a few months previously at mister minute and the workmanship was rubbish, hence the key breaking so easily. He charged a really reasonable price as well. Would definitely recommend these guys and I have done already.
I lost my keys, tried calling 3 locksmiths, the average wait time was half hour to an hour. I then called NJ's. They showed up in less than 10 minutes. I was also charged considerably less than what I had been quoted by the other guys that wanted me to wait an hour. Not to mention the fact the guy opened my door in a minute. I would definitely recommend NJ's speedy and affordable locksmithing services to everyone here in the Eastern Suburbs.
