The uniforms themselves are great products and last for longer than expectation. But the customer service really is scraping the bottom of the barrel. I went with a few work colleagues and we pretty much served and looked after ourselves. The staff members were too busy chatting at the desk. Since then we've tried to order extras and that is a whole new realm of ridiculous. Despite having used them before they can't find us on the system, and won't let us order until they do find us. We have a list. We are ready to place the order and pay. They can't take the order at this point in time..... Is this really happening?
