NO-D-LAY DRY CLEANING - BIG-D-LAY DRY CLEANING
I wanted 4 white shirts dry cleaned 1 of the 4 shirts had two small stains on it and was told it would take 3 or 4 days to get my shirts back.
I have been in the Dry Cleaning Industry for many years Managering a North Shore Dry Cleaning bussiness.
A Dry Cleaning bussiness should provide not only a great service also a fast service it should be a same day or a next day service.
No-D-Lay Dry Cleaners are a disgrace to the Dry Cleaning Industry.
Provide a service that is Good and Fast as required it this busy world.
3 & 4 day service went out in the late 1970's.

I do NOT recommended this dry cleaner. Good for washing but not dry cleaning. Took my $650.00 Giorgio Armani trouser to have it dry cleaned. Told them about a small spot of stain on lap. Picked it up and the stain was still visible.

Staff who served me was not helpful at all. Tried to avoid the fact that i want to check the stain before i leave the store. I paid for a service which i shouldn't have to.

I gave my feedback and they replied sarcastically instead of being more sensitive. They have a HUGE sign on their front desk which states "stain removal specialist". Staff offered to re do the job but i don't see why they can't do it right the first time? especially they are a stain removal specialist! Took trouser home and spot clean them with warm water and Sard and stain was gone!

DO NOT take your good clothes here esp designer labels. OK if you wear every day average brands.

Matthew Lawrence, from Matthew Lawrence bespoke reckons this is the best dry cleaner in the inner west. That is good enough for me!

Recommended in VOGUE as the best in Sydney....
