This guy was unprofessional, intimidating and rude. He left the job site in a absolute mess and refused to clean it up. He demanded immendiate payment before the job was complete, which i refused to give him which made him even ruder. I also found out after he'd done the job that he is unlicensed. DO NOT use these people. Horrible experience.
phil install a toilet system . i payed him cash got no receipt .the water was running out of the system into the bowl at a fast pace . he said it will settle down in a few hours . i made the mistake by trusting him . i tryed ring him all that day an all that night he wouldnt return my calls or answer my emails . i had to turn the main tap off from the system it was running that fast .the next morning after many more attempts to contact him . i had no choice but to ring another plumber an pay him to fix phil workmanship. never ring him or trust him people like him should be stripped of their plumbers licence. i payed $425 for a new system that didnt work. lucky the other plumber i got new what he was doing an fixed it in 5 min an i got a receipt .
