No Gaps Dental

I had my appointment at 2.00 PM. I went there little bit early at arounf 1.55 and was told that all staff were on lunch break. Till 2.14 there was no one at the reception. I fianlly was taken to the dentis. I only had a sensitive tooth. So doctor Kishan Keshwara spent lot of time explaining me advandatages of doing a full check up. I was during my lunch break, hence i have asked him to attend to my sensitive tooth on left side of my mouth. He then took two set of xrays and said there are lot of teeth need attention and started doing two fillings. I am no medical expert, however this is what he did fo the fillings, he pump air to clean up the around the teeth and then applied some sort of a paste that filled the gaps and the cracks on the teeth. Whole process took less than 10 min. I was out by 2.26. The best part is then I was told two of the fillings ( item number 531 and 532) are not covered by my medical insurence. Best experience at a dentist, Friendly staff, Competent dental surgeon, and yes the no gap deal was very good with my health fund card. I had a 5:15 appointment and i was seen at 5;15. I've been to a more expensive dentist with all the modern surgery and music etc and they did root canal on the wrong tooth so i'm vary careful of where i go now. Thumbs up to this place.

Horrible experience!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I went to the Artarmon surgery for a routine clean the other day, I am traumatised by the them. We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new dental surgery. I been going to the dentist on regular basis and I must say this is the worst experience in my life.

The staff was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. The dental nurse simply hooked the suction tube on my lip and stood there the entire time doing nothing else. Halfway thru it, the doctor told the dental nurse(who was doing nothing) to go get some 'good dental floss' because the one she is been using on me was apparently very bad quality!! The final stage, applying the topical application, she just simply used her finger to rub the gel against my teeth!! I felt so disgusted. ...read more

I went there this afternoon to have a filling which fell out replaced and a tooth-cleaning, having missed my last checkup appointment with my regular dentist (not these guys). I didn't have to wait long either for the appointment (only 2 days) nor for the dentist (about 15 minutes after my booked time), the premises seemed clean and modern, but that's where it started to go wrong. The dentist could not manage to numb my tooth despite trying 4-5 times. This was painful to say the least. Then they said I had 4 more fillings which needed attending to which surprised me as usually I don't have any and it had only been a year since my last checkup. They tried to tip me out without doing the cleaning and when I asked if the cleaning I'd booked couldn't all be done on the same day rather than come back, they agreed, I got back in the chair and they proceeded to instead drill and fill my 4 'cavities'.
