Noah's Ark Pets

So we baught a puppy, a couple of week ago. As much as we love her we had to do a lot of costly vet trips to get her to be a normal and healthy pup. i wouldn't trust buying another pet from Noah's ark here's why :
• they don't tell you any included prices of buying the pup. ( they add on 1big bag of food & 8 tins, puppy treatments ect ect) this is after you paid the deposit of the dog
• staff members stand around and talk to they're friends, no acknowledgement is given to you
• vet checks- they scribbled out cruicial info about our pup, claiming She was ok, spent $350 on a X-ray to fix her. Also they gave her a c7 injection for her ...read more

i bought my bordoodle from there and it would no stop barking and it's been five days but i only can return the puppy before 3 days.i tryed anti bark collor and many training tips and tricks and none of them have worked.i have to fine him a home but he has an amazing personality

I went into Noah's Ark Pets at 11:20am this morning with my mother because I was looking to buy a Frenchie Puppy. I saw the puppies and I asked to have a hold and the girl said "you can only hold them if you're going to buy it". At that time, I thought to myself 'how can you buy a puppy without holding them and experiencing that connection'. That was the first giveaway that they are dodgy but I ignored it and kept pressing on, because I really wanted to purchase a puppy. Then I asked the girl "how much are the puppies?" She said to me "the purebreds are $3,900 but $3,500 if paid with cash but the Frenchie cross Pug is $2,500". I asked to see the cross dog so she took it out (which she was not happy doing... it was very evident on her face!) and held it and I patted the dog. Again, out of genuine interest, I asked "will you be providing any papers for the dog?" She said "no papers but they come vaccinated, checked and you get a discount with a vet if you want to de-sex the ...read more

Quality little shop if you want hands on family service I got a little french bulldog pied in colour he is a great quality little puppy
Highly knowlegable about anything dog related
The vet they use is excellent gave me a good discount
They are just friendly bunch of people doing there best :)

I love this store. Hands down my best pet shop in the area.
I have to share this and I'm not really one for writing reviews as a rule but.......
The staff are fantastic - I took my dog in there as i was walking past i asked how much for nail clipping the guy came and clipped my dogs nails and gave the dog a bowl of water ( it was a filthy hot day) he he saw a a flea on my dogs neck and sprayed it with flea spray all over my dog he kept patting my dog (Mitch) blue staff and i asked how much? He said for you nothing - Pretty great guy pretty great store its always clean and looks very well kept
I would highly suggest this place for there above and beyond service
