0/5 for service. Enquired about a car and simply got a 'read the ad' response when the ad had absolutely no information. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I have bought more then one car from noble cars over the years, I have always had great service from them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would give a Zero out of 5 but I can't so I'll just do this. The other day I sent my mobile number in to just get information about getting a cheap second hand car. One of their staff from your Logan center, kept ringing me. They verbally abused me over the phone, because I was unable to attend to their call. I am a single mother of two and hardly have time to answer these kinds of calls. All I wanted was information on a cheap car and I get this. I will never use this service again and I warm other people who use this site aswell, to never send your number into these people.

If i could have chosen 0/5 stars, trust my i would've!! Absolutely rude and i have never been spoken to in such a rude way in my life! Will never ever consider this place ever! Will tell everyone i know never to go here. Can find better cars elsewhere!
